Holo's Arquitetura service packs
We at Holo have a set of services tailored to each client. Based on transparency, and in order to make the process simpler for all customers, we've developed an explanatory scheme with the necessary steps in order to invest in the construction of a building. It contains (1) the acquisition process, (2) the forms of construction and (3) the options for architectural services we provide.

- o Building to rehabilitate or demolish.
- o Traditional way - Build everything all at once
- o Phased - Building in various parts
Basic option, more affordable, only includes the project licensing for municipal hall . This allows the construction of a building with all the functionality of a premium project without the choice of materials.
This option includes the previous conditions, plus a simplified execution project, that is, a map of quantities, some detail drawings, color of the materials without the specified brands and requesting budgets from contractors. If desired, it is possible to add construction management.
This option has all the previous conditions, plus construction management included. This monitoring guarantees that all the work done in the job site will be more precise with the project and minimize any errors that may occur.
Option 4 is the most complete and guarantees all of the above conditions. This option includes a complete map of quantities, all the detail drawings, choice of materials and has all the written and drawn parts necessary for a good execution in the job site. It includes the necessary on-site monitoring that certify's that the work is done in accordance with the project.
Some city councils request a final project at the end of the construction in order to obtain the necessary licenses. This service will be offered if there are no significant changes in the the original project during construction.
