This restaurant hub and its public terrace allow for a regular place for street food festivals, with the presentation of differentiated culinary offerings, due to the punctual addition of “nomadic equipment” existing in the city. It also allows your annual participation in the City Festivals, by adding cultural and entertainment equipment.

CONSTRUCTIVE RATIONALITY
Reuse of a low cost structural system, with a convenient size and shape (20” shiping container), allows it to have just two supports points. A recycled wood cover provides texture and unity as a whole. The interior is provided with primary coating, water supply and drainage infrastructures, with the treatment of the workspace and equipment in charge of the concessionaires. Solar energy capture (photovoltaic and thermal) boosts local consumption and supply in a distribution network common to all restaurant modules.
